- Service Not Rendered: If the service you requested has not been performed, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will assess the situation and determine if a refund or re-service is warranted.
- Parts and Components: If a part or component installed by us fails within 30 days of the service, we will replace the part free of charge. If a replacement is not possible, a full or partial refund may be issued.
Non-Refundable Conditions
- Physical Damage: Refunds will not be issued for services related to physical damage caused by the user after the repair.
- Third-Party Interference: If the device has been tampered with or repaired by another service provider after our service, the warranty and eligibility for a refund will be void.
- Software Issues: Software-related issues that arise after the repair that are not related to the service provided by us are not eligible for a refund.
